Cancellation and Refund Policy


At Ashlie Rodriguez Media Strategies, we value your time and commitment. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve established the following policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.


Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel their appointment or service with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.

  • To cancel, please contact us by email at info@armstrategies.com or call us directly.


Refunds

  • Full refunds will be issued for any cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance.

  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss a resolution.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


No-Shows

  • Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full amount and will not be eligible for a refund.


Exceptions

  • Emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We are committed to working with you when possible.


If you need to reschedule or cancel, please reach out as soon as possible.
